The coolest parts of the Penedes are most suitable for growing the noble and elegant red variety Pinot Noir. One location that stands out is at our historic single vineyard of Mas Borras, giving its name to this exceptional, distinct wine, awarded by the International Jury at the Wine Olympiad in Paris in 1985.

Excellent served with roasts, boiled ham or creamy cheeses.

Tasting Notes
Intense floral aroma (violets) over a background of cocoa and small red berries (redcurrants and pomegranate) The wine is extremely smooth on the palate with sweet tannins that enhance the floral varietal notes as well as those of truffles and spices.
