Grape Varieties : 85% Syrah , 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels, both old and new.
Tasting notes: The wine has a deep dark red- purple colour. On the nose it is intense and complex, discreetly oaked with classical warm peppery and red fruit aromas. On the palate the wine is full bodied, well balanced, spicily fresh with good acidity and well rounded tannins. The finish is long, lively and elegant.
Serving Temperature: 18-20 c.
Serving Suggestions: Mediterranean cuisine, grilled & roasted meats, casseroles and strong cheeses.
